Imaging Bug started back in 2006 (before the first iPhone) with a team of one. Our family has grown a bit, but we still provide the same individual experience and personal touch today.

Smartphones are capturing our memories today, but countless prints are still waiting to be saved. We can help preserve those memories, contact us today to get your pictures scanned to digital formats!

What is Imaging Bug Photo Scanning?

Imaging Bug Photo Scanning is a professional photo scanning & VHS to-digital service that helps preserve old photos and videos for easier sharing and storing.

How much does the service cost?

The cost of the service varies depending on the amount of work required. We offer a free quote to give you a better idea of the cost or choose form one of the packages provided.

How quick is your service?

A typical job can be completed in less than a week, but times could vary based on order qty and jobs in queue. This does not count shipping days. We can help with rush orders if needed, please ask if you have an event. There might be a slight charge if we need to bump other orders.

Shipping tips?

Ensure all photos are free from sticky tape & residue. A simple wipe to clear dust helps eliminate specs on scans. We do not clean photos before scanning. If photos are stuck together they will require a flatbed scan. All flatbed scans will be charged an additional $.15 per scan. We will notify you if your order exceeds more than $20 from the original quote.

Once cleaned, you can use a Ziplock back to better preserve & keep dust off your photos. Gently back in the USPS necessary box & added packing paper or wrap to keep photos from shifting.
